I'll make you banana pancakes
Compliment your morning with some warm and sticky cinnamon-banana pancakes using only four ingredients!
1 ripe banana
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 tbsp of coconut oil (separated)
In a mixing bowl mash the ripe banana with a fork
Add the egg, cinnamon, and 1 tbsp of melted coconut oil and whisk together until smooth
Heat skillet to low to medium heat
Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil to a large skillet
Add 1/4-1/2 cup scoop of batter (depending on how big you want your pancake)
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and flip
Cook the other side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown
Side note: top with syrup or more cinnamon, or whip cream, or fruit, or whatever your heart desires! Turn this recipe into your own. I like using sugar free syrup, making these extremely delicious pancakes extremely guilt free!
