Chocolate chip cookies are life

Chocolate chip cookies are a classic. Satisfy that sweet tooth with this recipe!  

INGREDIENTS:
2 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
2 sticks of unsalted butter, room temperature

1/2 cup of raw sugar
1 cup of light brown sugar
1 teaspoon of salt

2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups of dark chocolate chips

HOW TO:
Preheat the oven to 350
Whisk together the flour and baking soda
In a bowl with an attachment mix together the butter and two sugars on medium
Once the mixture is light and fluffy add salt, vanilla, and eggs
Mix on low until all combined
Add the flour fixture once combined stir in the chocolate chips
Drop tablespoons of the dough onto a cookie sheet
Cook for 8-10 minutes
Let cool on the baking sheet for 1 - 2 minutes

Side note: You can substitute the raw sugar for granulated sugar. I really love the flavor of the raw sugar so give it a try! Also, you can switch out the dark chocolate with semi-sweet chocolate chips if you are not a fan, but I promise you the dark chocolate works so great in this recipe!
