You won't think twice about these guilt-free almond flour chicken tenders!
1.5 lbs of chicken breasts
1.5 cup of almond flour
2 tsp of chili powder
1 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 stick of butter melted
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Slice the chicken into tenders
In a shallow bowl mix together the almond flour and all seasonings
Place the melted butter in a seperate shallow bowl
Dip the chicken in the butter and then into the dry ingredients
Lay the chicken onto a greased cookie sheet
Bake for 15 minutes, flipping them half-way
Side note: I like to serve these chicken tenders with my baked potato wedges! Seriously, it's like having healthy fast food right in your kitchen. The potato wedges will be featured on the blog soon!
