Kickstart your day with a smoothie bowl!
These smoothie bowls are so easy and fun to make! They are a great breakfast option, post-workout meal, or even dessert!
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
1/2-1 cup of almond milk (varies depending on how thick you like your smoothie)
1 tbsp of almond butter
1 tbsp of flax seeds
Sliced bananas, strawberries, or blackberries
More almond butter
Blend together all ingredients for the smoothie
Once blended pour smoothie mixture into a bowl
Top your smoothie bowl with any toppings in any order
Have fun with it!
Side note: there is no right or wrong way to make this smoothie bowl. If you like you can add greens to your smoothie base and swap out the frozen fruit. It is really up to you!
