One potato, two potatoes..
These garlic ranch potatoes are so quick and easy! The perfect side dish for any of those weeknight meals!
4 medium sized red potatoes
3 tbsp of melted butter
2 tsp of dill
2 tsp of chives
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Cut the potatoes into bite sizes
Place the chopped potatoes into a large bowl
Add the seasonings and melted butter into a small bowl and mix
Pour the mixutre over the potatoes and toss
Spray a cookie sheet and spread the potatoes flat onto the pan
Bake for 30-35 minutes tossing the potatoes a couple times
Side note: you can swap out the butter for ghee to make this recipe whole 30 friendly!
