Bring your guilty pleasure home!
These baked "French fries" will be the best trick you've ever played on your brain!
4 large russet potatoes
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of paprika
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut the potatoes in half lengthways and then repeat
You want the potato wedges to be close in size and thickness
Add the potato wedges to a mixing bowl
Add the oil and spices
Mix together with your hands (if you don't want to get your hands dirty, you can mix with a spatula)
Spray the cookie sheet with the cooking spray
Lay the potatoes in single layers
Cook for 17.5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 17.5 minutes
Side note: I like to sprinkle parmesan cheese over my fries when they are finished! These fries are my favorite side item with burgers, baked chicken tenders, or BBQ chicken! They are so easy and delicious!
